Maleolactic fermentation in barrel.
Aging in French oak barrels from Tronçais of 300 liters for three months.
Light toasted at a low temperature to maintain fruity flavors.
The aroma is clean and intense with hints of fresh red fruits, dominated by purple tones with hints of blue. Balsamic and spicy notes that add complexity to the wine.
It tastes sweet, nice and balanced. It has light weight structure with a good volume of fresh long way.
It is medium bodied; it has sweet tannins and well integrated acidity and alcohol.

VARIETY: Garnatxa i Syrah
The winemaker selected the plots underthe best ripening controls.
Alcoholic fermentation has been done by a comprehensive maturation control during 21 days between 22 ºC and 26ºC.
Pumping over has been done twice daily. Malolactic fermentation has taken place in French oak barrel.
Aged in concrete tanks to maintain the fruity flavors without wood toasting hints.
The aroma is clean and intense with notes of fresh red fruits. When you look at it, you can appreciate blue and violet hints.
It is sweet with a spicy balsamic touch that provides complexity. It has light structure with a good amount of fresh taste.
Medium body, sweet tannins and well integrated alcohol and acidity.

VARIETY: Garnatxa Blanca and Muscat
Fermented in stainless steel deposits for each variety.
Aging with lees for 3 months and weekly pumped over to have more volume and silky sensation.
VIEW: Straw yellow color with green reflections.
NOSE: In nose there is a great complexity combining aromas of white fruits like pear and grapes. Fresh wine with citric notes which is soft and greedy.
MOUTH: In mouth is nice and creamy with a good volume.
In the aftertaste find fresh and fruity aromas causing it a gourmet and complex wine.
It is advised to be serve it between 6ºC – 8ºC.

VARIETY: Ull de llebre, Tepat and Garnatxa
The Winemaker selected the best plots of Ull de llebre, Tepat and Garnatxa amongst Catalan villages. Fermentation is done in cold.
Rosé with tears with dominant notes of subtle red fruits and aromas, fresh and harmonious. Smooth mouth with a structured aftertaste, long and intense.
